Warmup: 400 x 3 swim kick pull

Main set: 25 x 8 underwater kick with fins @:45

8 x 50s kick @ 1:05 no fins odd free even back

Recap: Today is exactly two weeks from the first day of competition for me in San Antonio. I spent this week working off the flab of taking off the beginning of the previous week (illness in the family). I also decided to add kick to keep working the legs. The goal was to get in everyday, lift then swim on Tuesday and Thursday, and get at least 6 hours of sleep.

I was mostly successful. Monday and Tuesday I probably over did my workouts to compensate for last week. The rest of the week was a return to normal. Next week will be a small reduction in yards and dropping 1 set on all weights.
