So a couple of the guys from my college alma mater (Florida A&M) want to get a relay together for 2020 spring nationals
Two of us are in shape and two of us are not. We are also living in different parts of the country.
We want swim both 200 free and medley relays
I am adjusting my training to swim any of the relay spots but focusing on back and fly
